Super Annoying

Love playing the games, but am error keeps occurring, and the names are always "null". Ive been playing for years, and this is a new thing. Very annoying. Ive tried deleting the game and reloading it, doesnt help. Or sometimes, it shows theres no moves to be made, when I know there is. Please fix!!!
